Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial Drives TTB2-29360-1010-BA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yasakawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Derrick-Corporation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yasakawa such as the SGMP08AWYR32 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGX30182302406001 manufactured by Derrick-Corporation and we are pleased to be able to service most Derrick-Corporation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMP15AWYR11 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yaskawa Brand SGMGV20ADA6C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nord such as SK1SM4017L4CUS equipment made by Nord have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SMGD40AWAYR12 by Yaskawa and SK1SM4017L4CUS spares by Nord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TFUE30ZD7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
